Meiji Card Game

This card game was made during a study abroad trip to Japan. We were inspired after learning about the Meiji Reformation of 1868 to create this game that discusses the conflict between the Meiji Emperor and Tokugawa Shogunate.

For this game, I did a lot of research on the subject matter to make sure it was accurate to a degree. I also helped design the main game loop and developed the rulebook. Moreover, I was able to conduct numerous playtests and iteratively updated my game.
